We are now seeking a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our front desk and guest services teams at the Grand Summit Hotel and Snow Cap Inn.
As the Front Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our front office services. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the daily functions of the front desk agents, night audit team, valet attendants, bell persons, and ski check teams. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of front desk agents, night audit staff, valet attendants, bell persons, and ski check teams.
Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards.
Manage check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and room assignments.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to address guest needs and concerns promptly.
Oversee night audit operations to ensure accurate billing and reporting.
Train and develop front office staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold our brand standards.
Implement effective front office procedures and policies.
Monitor guest feedback and take proactive steps to resolve any issues.
Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and a commitment to problem resolution.
Maintain and manage the property's front office budget.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Energetic, upbeat, and positive attitude.
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, starting at $48K.
