Sunday River is seeking Temporary Front Desk Asisstants for in-country H2B extensions for Winter 2023/24.
Responsibilities:
Accommodate hotel and resort patrons by registering and assigning rooms to guests during check-in and check-out, answering questions on the phone, email, and in person, and selling tickets for resort activities.
Issuing room key cards.
Keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts.
Making and confirming reservations via telephone, email and in person.
Providing hotel amenity, resort and area information.
Presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests.
Learning reservation and ticketing point of sale systems
Qualifications:
Good English language skills 3 months prior experience at a hotel, resort, or private club In-country H2B Visa extension availability from November 1, 2023, to April 15, 2024.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
